I saw a video on the hospital’s YouTube channel that felt like it was exactly about me, so I watched it and went for a consultation. Right before the consultation, the doctor was in surgery, and seeing patients keep coming in made me think the hospital was doing well. The consultation with the consultant was brief, just asking what I wanted to do. After that, they took photos of my face, and I received a detailed explanation while looking at the photos on the monitor with the director. In the end, surgery was not recommended for me, so I only had the consultation. (The estimated cost is just a random amount I wrote down / I don’t know the actual price)
