Nose Surgery Reviews

I thought I wouldn’t get a revision rhinoplasty

<Before><3 weeks>I knew nose surgery often has a lot of revisions, but I thought I wouldn’t need one. Nothing goes the way you want.. I’d had a consultation before and ended up having surgery at another clinic, using ear cartilage + no implant. But even about 2 years after surgery, I still really.. didn’t like it.. My nose also seemed slightly crooked.. and I hadn’t had bulbous nose correction either.. The nose I wanted was a Shin Se-kyung-style refined straight-to-slightly-curved profile, but I felt dissatisfied somehow. While looking around, I revisited one of the clinics I’d consulted with before and had been considering, got another consultation, and ended up having surgery there. I had originally planned to visit a few more places, but during the consultation, the director explained my questions in detail. Also, when I explained the nasal tip height I had in mind, he pulled up the tip of my nose with a cotton swab and explained it, and somehow it just clicked, haha, so I think that’s how I ended up going through with the surgery. This time, for my revision rhinoplasty, I used autologous costal cartilage and corrected my bulbous nose, long nose, and crooked nose. After getting it done, I keep thinking I should’ve done it here from the start.. I like it so much.. It also slightly has that nice-looking nose vibe I sometimes saw on Instagram lol I’m just relieved that I’m really happy with it this time.. haha

This review is a surgery review pursuing a refined look.
