Lateral canthoplasty

It has now been exactly 6 months since I had lateral canthoplasty and fat grafting to the forehead + under-eye area at Biravon Plastic Surgery. My eyes are big, but my eye shape felt blocked, so I was always bothered by the impression that it looked somewhat stuffy and heavy. It wasn’t that my outer eye corners were upturned or that my impression looked harsh, but I kept thinking I wanted my eyes to look a little more open and refreshed. My forehead was flat and the under-eye area was slightly hollow, so I sometimes heard that I looked tired or older. So I thought I should get fat grafting at the same time when having lateral canthoplasty. The fat was harvested from the abdominal area near the navel, and because it was under sedation anesthesia, the surgical process was comfortable. There was some swelling and bruising early after surgery, but after 2 to 3 weeks it was almost gone, and there were no problems with daily life. Now everything has settled very naturally without scars or any foreign-body sensation. I’m quite satisfied with the lateral canthoplasty because it naturally opens up the stuffy eye shape without an artificial feel. It’s not dramatically wide open, but overall my eye shape looks more refined and refreshed. I was surprised because the fat grafting to my forehead and under-eyes had a bigger effect than I expected. With more volume in my forehead, my facial line looks prettier and more youthful, and because the hollowing under my eyes was filled in, the impression that always looked tired became much softer. Now my eyes look bigger and clearer, while my overall facial image looks much cleaner and brighter. People often say they don’t know what I had done, but that my vibe has changed. For people who want to become prettier naturally without looking like they had surgery, I think this could be a pretty good choice.

This is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
