I had consultations at three places: ㅇㅂㅈ, ㄸㅋ, and ㅌㅇㅍ. My questions were: whether my under-eyes could be fixed with fat grafting, whether I need under-eye fat repositioning, and the volume in my anterior cheekbones. But they all said different things, so I’m really torn.. ㅇㅂㅈ(Director ㅅㅈㅇ, in the 1.6 million won range)- They said that if I only do fat grafting, my under-eyes may look puffy, like swollen eyes, and that if I only do under-eye fat repositioning, they would look hollow. My anterior cheekbones are also rather flat and wide, so they recommended under-eye fat repositioning + anterior cheekbone fat grafting. Since my eyes don’t have aegyo-sal, they said I still won’t have aegyo-sal after under-eye fat repositioning. *When I asked if I could see review photos of similar cases, they just said the director is good and didn’t show me. The director also felt kind of curt. ㄸㅋ(Director ㅇㅎㅈ, in the 1.7 million won range)- They said many people are satisfied with just under-eye fat repositioning, and that it seems it would improve with under-eye fat repositioning alone, but that a groove-like line probably would not disappear completely. They said to try under-eye fat repositioning first and then fill with filler or fat grafting, and that doing them together usually causes more swelling. It felt like they were not strongly recommending fat grafting. When I said I don’t have aegyo-sal and it seemed like it would become hollow, they said under-eye fat repositioning doesn’t make it hollow; rather, it fills the empty area, so the anterior cheekbones would look fuller than now, and since I have eyes with aegyo-sal, aegyo-sal would appear. That confused me (a different opinion from ㅇㅂㅈ..) *They were kind, but not exactly kind enough that I felt fully comfortable asking extra questions. I heard it’s a factory-style clinic, so that was a bit scary, but I liked the director’s overall vibe. It felt more like they were saying, “Just remove the under-eye bulging? tired look?” rather than making it look better aesthetically, and since I’m doing this to become prettier, I wondered whether the director and I are pursuing the same thing (my personal feeling). ㅌㅇㅍ(One-person director clinic, so I don’t remember the name)- This was a clinic I went to thinking only about full-face fat grafting, but they said if I had to do something, I should do under-eye fat repositioning, so at that point I thought, ah, under-eye fat repositioning must be urgent. Here too, they said that with fat grafting alone, if they match it to the under-eye area, it would look puffy. But they also said to go in that direction if it gets worse later. They told me to go home and think about it The consultation manager said she had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting done by that director, but it looked very firm, and it felt like her cheekbones were stuck upward toward the under-eyes, so I was a bit startled. Even to me, my under-eyes look ambiguous I do have under-eye grooves, but since I don’t have much facial fat, I feel like if I only do under-eye fat repositioning, it may look hollow. I think I’ll become obsessive until the period when I can get fat grafting, so maybe it’s better to just do everything outright.. But when I look at reviews, the cases that did fat grafting together also look unnatural Should I do more clinic-hopping consultations..?

판타랏사 It’s similar to my case. One person says to do repositioning and then add fat grafting or filler, another says there’s no fat to reposition so I should only do fat grafting.. Another says I need to do repositioning and fat grafting together.. I don’t know whose words to listen to.
스미마셍22 [@판타랏사] Exactly, what am I supposed to do if they all say different things.. What are you thinking of doing??

라이너 I heard that if you do fat grafting, it makes surgery difficult. Is that true?
스미마셍22 [@라이너] You mean when doing fat grafting first by itself? I’m curious about that too. I heard doing it together with under-eye fat repositioning also causes a lot of swelling.
라이너 [@스미마셍22] If you do fat grafting, there are places that won’t accept you for surgery, and they say it counts as revision surgery.
스미마셍22 [@라이너] What the.. If I hadn’t known, that could’ve been bad.. Thanks for the good info
뮝러 But, honest opinion: I did under-eye fat repositioning and anterior cheekbone fat grafting, and honestly I was the type with severe hollowness, so it actually looked a bit strange. I did supplement it with something else, but the fat grafting didn’t swell, and I didn’t have pain either. But the under-eye fat repositioning itself swells a lot and is extremely obvious lol
