I'm 6 months after arm liposuction and arm lift~!! I had arm liposuction and an arm lift (stage 4 incision) together, and I had it done at ㄷㄹㅇ by Director Cho Jae Ho! My weight is about 2 kg lower now than before surgery! It didn't drop as much as you might think, right haha. But rather than having surgery simply to lose weight, I had it to get rid of sagging skin after dieting. I had surgery to suction the remaining fat and remove skin that had sagged from dieting. Once the loose upper-arm fat that hung down like bat wings was completely gone, when I went out wearing clothes, people thought I had lost a huge amount of weight. I think that may be the biggest advantage of a lift. I dieted and lost weight all at once quickly, so my upper-arm skin sagged without elasticity, which is why I even had a lift. I had consultations at several hospitals, and they said that since this was stretched skin, liposuction alone wouldn't work, and it could only be improved with a lift that cuts out the loose skin. Please refer to the photos for the arm-lift scar!! Of course, there will be big differences from person to person.. please use it only as a reference. The length itself is fairly long, but it wasn't as unpleasant-looking as I expected, at least to me. My sagging arms looked worse to me than the scar, so for people who were stressed about sagging arms like me, I think it's definitely bearable!! There are still some red areas, but some areas have completely turned skin-colored, so I think it's healing well. Before surgery, I worried a lot about the scar too (that's why I chose the stem-cell option), and since it's on the inner side, it doesn't show much unless I fully raise my arms. Because I did the stem-cell surgery, I also think it helps with scar recovery. For me, considering it was a major surgery, the bruising wasn't as bad as I expected, and the pain was just enough that movement was uncomfortable; honestly, there wasn't really pain. Before surgery, because of the loose skin, even in summer I covered up with oversized short sleeves or cardigans, but now I don't care about that and only look for pretty clothes haha. I tried on a dress I wore before surgery, and the fit itself was completely different.. The looseness and sagging skin are all gone, and the line is exactly the straight upper arm I wanted. Seriously I'm not really doing any special care, but considering that, it has improved very noticeably.
