[Question] Is this capsular contracture?

Oh. This was a question I should have posted in the question section.. I can’t copy it, so I don’t know what to do; please understand and please answer. And if I go to the surgeon who operated on me, will they know right away whether it’s capsular contracture? ----------- On the right side, in the upper part of one breast, I can feel a severe lump. The upper fullness is severe too, and the inframammary fold is short.. My right upper breast hurt so much from the day after surgery, like it was going to tear. When doing the upper-pole massage/exercise, only the right breast implant would not move upward well.. Still, I worked hard at it... The hospital said that because my breastbone protrudes, the implant cannot go up over the bone, so creating the pocket is not going well. The feeling in this right breast now is as if some breast tissue is holding onto the implant, like the implant and the breast muscle tissue inside are not separating (on the left, it feels cleanly separated, and the saline implant moves up well.) I also got an additional 1-month prescription for medication (Acolate ingredient?) but I don’t really know if it’s improving; I’m so worried. The hospital says stress is the biggest enemy, and that I should diligently do exercises to bring down the upper breast / and raise the pocket, and get massages at the hospital often, and that it will get better, but how can I not worry? I can feel a severe lump, the upper fullness is severe, and the inframammary fold is gradually getting shorter. Especially before/during my period, the lump becomes more prominent. Are these symptoms of capsular contracture? And is there a chance it will improve? For reference, it has been about 3 months and 15 days, and I had saline implants at a place in Apgujeong known for transumbilical breast augmentation.
