I kept worrying because it seemed like my nose was developing contracture, but it looked a bit severe, so I ended up getting revision surgery. Now I understand why people talk about nose obsession when contracture happens.. Once contracture happened, even going to clinics because of revision surgery was annoying, and searching was hard too, but I got a recommendation from an acquaintance, trusted it, and went. The surgery itself went well. Originally I had 6 mm silicone, but changed it to 5 mm and used autologous costal cartilage. Since it was revision surgery, the result mattered more than the cost.. I didn’t want to have a second revision.. The cost also didn’t feel extremely expensive compared with other places, and I like the result itself, so I don’t think even 1 bit of the money was wasted
