They gave me a really good consultation for nose surgery!!! They understood the needs I wanted well and explained things to me, and the surgical direction I wanted matched what they consulted me on, so I decided to have surgery here! The consultation manager was.. not uncomfortable, but it also was not an extremely great feeling either
