Usually with liposuction, you don't lose much weight, but I lost 2 kg hehe It's only been a month, but the fact that my belly used to stick out more than my chest feels like such a long time ago.. I don't think much when getting dressed, but when I go into my album and see old photos, I keep getting shocked lol. I'm really so satisfied, but now other areas are catching my eye Since I was doing it anyway, I should have done my arms too lol. First, I'll get aftercare, diet really hard, and book a date right away! Honestly, the compression garment wasn't that uncomfortable for me. It actually felt like it was firmly supporting my abdomen, so I wore it consistently for a month. But now they said taking it off and focusing on massage helps relieve lumps, so I'm working hard on self-massage I want to buy a radiofrequency massager for home... It feels so refreshing... As for the surgical scars, when I had the stitches removed 2 weeks after surgery, there were scabs, but at some point they came off. I fall down pretty often, so compared with the wounds I've gotten before, they seem to be healing well lol. I predict that if I just leave them alone and don't touch them, they might disappear soon I'm also dieting while diligently taking the medication prescribed by the clinic and following the recommended meal plan. Since I can visibly see my body changing, I don't feel like, "I'll start dieting tomorrow~" lol. I'm satisfied in many ways hehe
