I originally didn’t have much fat at all, and my eyes are slightly hollow with protruding eyeballs, but a little fat started protruding under my eyes and created a tear trough. At some point it became noticeable, and it stressed me out so much that I went for consultations.
First round of consultation list 1. ㅇㅇㅅ I went because they said they don’t overtreat and don’t do fat grafting, but at first they took photos and I waited for almost over 40 minutes. During the consultation, the consultant asked if I had ever had any procedures done, so I said not under my eyes, but earlier this year I went as a demo model for my friend’s filler company, and since I generally lacked volume at the time, I had filler + Juvelook in my front cheeks and here and there. When I went in for the doctor’s consultation, they said I had had too much filler so it would make me look even more hollow, and the consultation ended in 1 minute.. At the time I thought, wow, getting filler must have been a huge mistake (it was my first time), but when I went to other clinics, they didn’t say it to that extent,,
2. ㅅㅅㅇ The consultant was extremely kind, and maybe because the doctor was in surgery, she gave me a very long consultation. They said the filler I had would be dissolved during surgery, and if there were any other foreign substances during surgery, I would pay an additional fee for foreign-body removal. They recommended fat grafting + repositioning. Since I had just been to ㅇㅇㅅ, I was really tempted because the consultation was kind, but I’m debating because I wonder if going as far as fat grafting may be too much.
3. ㅁㅎ They recommended fat grafting + repositioning. Nothing from either the consultant’s or doctor’s consultation really stayed in my memory.
4. ㅇㄷ I went after seeing reviews of Director ㅇㅅㅎ, but the surgery hadn’t ended, so the consultant said the surgical method is all the same and it would be cheaper, and I had a consultation with another doctor. Here, they said my skin lacks elasticity, so if I only do under-eye fat repositioning, it won’t improve wrinkles or elasticity, and they recommended lower blepharoplasty + fat grafting.
5. ㅍㄹ*ㅈ They looked at my face from different angles and said I have some wrinkles and lack elasticity, so instead of doing repositioning first, I should try under-eye filler, and if I don’t like it, dissolve it, then they recommended under-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting. Honestly, no one can tell I had filler, but I don’t really like injecting things into my face, so I put it on hold.
At first I thought I should do it at ㅅㅅㅇ, but the more I thought about it, the more I felt like I was being a bit hasty. I’ve gone for the second round too, and I’m planning to go for a third.. lol It’s so hard
