I had a revision rhinoplasty consultation with the director at ㅇㄷ ㅊㅇㄷ. I’m looking into revision surgery because after osteotomy + septal cartilage nasal tip work, my septum sank and I ended up with a saddle nose. The consultation was very kind and detailed, and aesthetically I felt like we matched well, so they seemed to reflect my opinions well too.. I liked it in several ways. They recommended both functional nose surgery + cosmetic nose surgery for me, and since they would already be opening for autologous costal cartilage, they suggested correcting the nasolabial angle + placing a little in the nasolabial folds too?? My nasolabial folds have always stressed me out, so I was really tempted. But do people actually place autologous costal cartilage in the nasolabial folds?.? Is it not too unnatural or prone to many side effects?? Is there anyone here who has actually done it? Also, please share what ㅇㄷ ㅊㅇㄷ is like too.. After the consultation I searched it up, and there seemed to be quite a lot of private comments.. If there’s anything bad, and if you’ve had surgery here, please share your review too

It’s been 7 months since I had my nose done. Is revision possible? My previous clinic is seriously pissing me off. I said I hated a chalk-like nasal bridge, but it’s literally just chalk. I thought it was swelling, but I don’t think it is.
