They say this place has a one-year wait just to get a consultation, but I waited and finally went for one. It was the worst. Especially the older consultation manager seemed kind on the surface, but whenever I asked anything, I often felt like she was looking down on me. The consultation with the director was extremely short, and when I asked questions, they seemed to want to end it quickly, so I felt self-conscious and couldn’t even ask properly before leaving. I waited a whole year for the consultation, so it was very disappointing. Even if she isn’t friendly, I hope the older consultation manager will at least show basic courtesy toward patients. If it’s like this even during consultation, I wonder how awful the postoperative follow-up care would be.. I absolutely do not want to have surgery here.
