I had a consultation for revision eye surgery, but the wait was really long. I don't know if it was because I went on a weekend, but while waiting I almost just went home The director did examine me well, but they used some specialized terminology? so there were moments when I didn't understand what they meant, and the consultation time was short, so that was disappointing. The consultant was kind, but there was some pressure to book on the same day, so I felt burdened and left after just the consultation. I went for a consultation because the reviews looked pretty, and the consultation content itself was okay!
