I’m so upset... My nose didn’t turn out as pretty as I expected My nasal dorsum was originally high, but after the osteotomy, the bridge became lower, isn’t smooth, and is slightly sunken. It was done with septal cartilage, but the cartilage bent, so the inside of my right nostril became smaller, and I got a side effect where it’s hard to breathe. And... when I pull my upper lip downward, the area between the philtrum and nose feels tight, and the tissue between my nostrils has scarring, so it looks bad.. I think the surgery went wrong.. I think I’ll have to get revision surgery again... My nose is also crooked, and because the nasal tip was brought downward, when I smile it seems to become slightly like a hooked nose... Every time people see me, they say it seems wrong and tell me to do it again.. I haven’t heard anyone say it looks pretty... I think I chose the wrong plastic surgery clinic, and I’m left with only regret. Everyone, please look and evaluate it for me... Oh... my nasal dorsum still tingles when I touch it and has no sensation. Is that normal? My nose was itchy so I scratched it, but the feeling was strange.. It feels like it isn’t my nose..
