I was told that nasal surgery could be done with a closed approach at DTM, so I had it done. They said that from day 3 after surgery, there would be little enough swelling or bruising to return to daily life, but mine was really severe, so I wore a mask for a month As for the result, I think my side profile got better. The nasal tip lifted slightly, and I also had a little columella correction. But as time goes on, it feels like the Megaderm is being absorbed more, so it feels like my nose is gradually going back to how it was before I barely saw any front-view effect. The front-view effect was the most important thing to me, so I’m looking into revision surgery now. If I’d known it would be like this, I would rather not have done it and would have had open surgery as my first surgery I recommend Nose Beam only for people who like their nose from the front but have a drooping nasal tip.
