My nose was done over 10 years ago, and it was my first and supposedly last surgery. I’ll tell you why I’m thinking about revision surgery.. 1. Columella 2. Nasal tip cartilage showing through 3. Shape of the nasal bridge 4. Looks strange when taking photos First, I went around for revision surgery consultations.. One place said my nose is thin and small, so it wouldn’t change dramatically from here, and they wouldn’t do it for me.. They even said they wouldn’t do it even if I were their family. Another place also said it looks fine now, so what’s the problem.. For now, I don’t know if I was lucky with the first place, but I don’t have severe side effects / nasal tip drooping Thankfully, even on CT, they said it didn’t look like T-shaped silicone, and when they touched my nasal tip, they said it didn’t seem like they used something like Gore-Tex. Should I just.. compromise with reality and live with it......? Has anyone here had revision surgery in a case like mine? For reference, my original nose was thin, small, and upturned.
