I had surgery because I had a complex about my breasts. I got Mentor Extra implants, and the director matched the size I wanted as much as possible, so I had the cc I had been thinking of put in. (But I kind of wish I had just gone one size smaller like the director recommended.) The surgery was cleanly done and I didn't have much pain, but maybe there was some friction in my armpit while living daily life, because the scar became a bit raised and was left in a way that bothered me. Still, they kept treating it with laser treatment, scar injections, and so on, so it improved a lot. Now it isn't raised and remains as a brown line. I believe it will get much better as time passes. My breasts turned out insanely pretty.
