Because of the medial epicanthoplasty I had 2 years ago, the lacrimal caruncle at the inner corner of my eye was exposed way too much, so my eyes were dry and they looked too close together, which was really stressful. Then I found out there was a surgery that restores medial epicanthoplasty. So after doing a lot of online and in-person research, I came across Secret Plastic Surgery. I was looking for a clinic that provides natural, not excessive care and truly does its best for what I wanted, not one that exaggerates and says everything is possible, but one that honestly says, “To be honest, this is difficult.” In that sense, Secret gave me trust. So I had the surgery at Secret, using the reverse skin repositioning method. They explained the surgical method and all the pros and cons in detail, and told me that an epicanthal fold would form. I said I did not mind at all and just wanted it to look natural, and proceeded with the surgery. The result came out really satisfying, and most of all I was extremely satisfied because the lacrimal caruncle was covered.
