I booked my double eyelid surgery, but because my eye-opening strength is very weak, we decided to do the incisional method. We decided on ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, upper canthoplasty, and fat removal. Originally, I was also going to do lateral canthoplasty, but they said that with my eyes, even if they open the outer corners, it wouldn’t open much anyway, so it would probably be better not to do it. I said okay, booked it with just those procedures, and came home, but now I regret not saying I’d do lateral canthoplasty too.. My eyes are short horizontally, so I feel like it’ll look strange if only the front is opened. What do you think? My surgery is scheduled for this coming Monday; can I add lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty?..
