I had nose surgery on Friday~ I'm usually very scared, so I was terrified, but now that 3 or 4 days have passed, other than my face being swollen, nothing really hurts~ I was so worried that my nose would hurt a lot, but nope~ lol The bridge was done with silicone, and the tip was done with septal cartilage?? That was used to raise it~ My bridge and tip weren't especially low to begin with, but my nose was kind of in-between, neither high nor low, so I had the surgery because I wanted it higher. But now I suddenly have something I'm curious about~ The doctor said they pulled up and tied the part in the middle of the nostrils. If they don't tie it later, it becomes an arrow nose. So now the middle is raised and it totally looks like a pig nose~ I'm worried that even if they remove the stitches, it won't go down and will stay up like this. I asked for the bridge and tip to look as natural as possible, so they didn't make it very high and said the nose line suits my face well, but that's what the hospital says. They also said the bridge would look flatter later, so they pulled it up as much as possible and did some kind of packing? My eyes are really swollen and I have cat eyes now too~ I figure that will improve when the swelling goes down~ But the tip looks like a pig nose~ Since the middle is raised, it feels like a pig-nose shape~ Will it go back down?? Does anyone have a case like mine?? Please answer~

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
