If you use septal cartilage for the nasal tip, is it normal for the columella area to be very hard, like a pillar fixed in place, and not move much? Ah.. I thought it would soften a bit after some time passed, but it's much firmer than I expected, so even when I smile and even with movement, it stays firmly in place ㅜ ㅜ Maybe because of that, when I smile, the area around my mouth looks unnatural, and even though I'm smiling, my nose isn't smiling.. I didn't put in silicone, but I guess it doesn't matter for the nasal tip? I'm okay sometimes, but at certain moments my philtrum area feels tight and uncomfortable ㅜ
