I wanted a natural-yet-refined nose, so I went around for rhinoplasty consultations I have experience with double eyelid surgery! 1. ㅍㄹㅇㅂ The hospital interior was really pretty, and the staff members who were there were kind But I waited quite a long time. It felt like over 20 minutes...? The consultant first looked at my nose issues and briefly explained things like nasal materials and shape She also gave me a bit of a diagnosis, but I just listened to it for reference for now The director looked at my nose and CT and said it was a nose that needed costal cartilage He didn’t say any one material was especially better.. Anyway, he said my nose couldn’t be done with septal cartilage alone, so I should use costal cartilage The nose shape he held for me was pretty... I almost said I’d do it The consultation with the director lasted about 10 minutes? and then ended, and the consultant explained the cost and nasal materials again The consultant said there isn’t a big difference between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage If anything, the difference is the scar? So she said that since I’m young and it’s my first surgery, I should use donated costal cartilage 2. ㅂㄴㄴ It’s super close to Sinsa Station and was easy to find True to its name, there were banana dolls inside the hospital too lol. I took a CT and all the photos The consultant and director saw me together, and when I explained the nose I wanted to the director, he recommended nasal materials and shaped it for me He said that if I put in silicone and raise the bridge and tip, it would improve the appearance of my midface looking long Just in case, I asked how it would be without an implant, and he said there wouldn’t be much change for my nose Also, when looking at the CT, my septal cartilage size is on the smaller side compared with average And because the nasal tip naturally tends to try to return, he said costal cartilage should be used together Here too, there wasn’t any pressure like “do autologous costal cartilage” or “do donated costal cartilage” They shaped my nose, and I really liked it here too.. If I have surgery, will it come out exactly like how they shaped it then? If so, that would be so nice.. After the consultation ended, the consultant explained it again and showed me while drawing pictures It was nice that it also fit the budget I had in mind 3. ㅋㅇ I arrived on time, but they said the director had gone into surgery, so I waited more I waited the longest here... 30 minutes or 40 minutes.. The consultant was kind, and at first, rather than telling me things, I first said how I wanted my nose to change and then waited The director said it would definitely be good to raise the nasal bridge He said that because my skin is thin, it shouldn’t be raised too dramatically, and that a natural-yet-refined style suits my image well For the nasal tip, he recommended using ear cartilage and costal cartilage together because my septal cartilage is too small And he said I could choose whichever costal cartilage I wanted The consultation ended like that... I didn’t particularly think the nose shape was pretty I did go to other hospitals besides these too But for now, I wrote down the ones that stayed in my memory! I’ll go to more consultations and see Sympathy emoticon Translating Would you like to save this review? +0 More posts by kohagosipdai Report suspected broker Block member
