I received double eyelid revision surgery, improvement of droopy eyes, and improvement of under-eye hollowness at a plastic surgery clinic. The surgery included incisions above and below the double eyelid line, eyelid fat repositioning, diagonal epicanthoplasty at the inner corner of the eyes, and lower blepharoplasty. It was done with both local anesthesia and sedation anesthesia, and the anesthesia worked well. The guidance on the day was kind, so I was able to undergo surgery comfortably. Before surgery, I had to fast for 4 hours, and I was told it would take about 3-4 hours; it actually took about that long. During the consultation, the manager explained everything very kindly, so I felt I could trust them, and especially because I had heard this hospital was good at under-eye surgery, my expectations were high. After surgery, I barely had any bruising, and the swelling is going down faster than I expected. Most of all, my under-eye area has become flat, so it feels amazing every time I look in the mirror. Overall, it turned out naturally and well, so I’m satisfied.
