When I had rhinoplasty about 5-6 years ago, I used donated rib cartilage, but since last year, my nasal tip started to feel a bit droopy and compressed, you know? From the front, both sides of my nose also looked a bit different.. My goal was to fix the compressed nasal tip and make it slimmer than before, and since the donated rib cartilage had also changed, I searched a lot for hospitals that are good with autologous costal cartilage. The Door was one of them! I did go to many other hospitals too, but The Door was basically the one whose aesthetic factors matched me the best! Also, they use autologous costal cartilage a lot for revision rhinoplasty, and Director Kim Tae-seop’s aesthetic sense matched mine so well it almost felt like he was reading my mind, which I think was another reason I decided on it. He made it glamorous with a straight-to-curved line and also matched the bridge height well so it suited the nasal tip! If it just stays exactly like this, I think I’ll be so, so happy
