I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery, and I don’t remember the director’s name. At the time I was going around for consultations at several places, including POP, so I might not remember, but it was a male director, and when I went there was quite a wait too. I think I waited about 40 minutes. There weren’t that many people, so maybe it was because surgery was taking a long time..? During the consultation, the director had a kind of curt-but-caring vibe, and he pointed out the necessary parts well. The consultant had a slightly strong personality, and there was a recommendation to book the same day, so I felt pressured and left, but the reviews were good and the director’s consultation was fine too.
