It’s the second day since I had surgery.. There is bruising between my nose and eyes.. and there is a little swelling. How long will it take for this swelling to go down? What can I do to make it go down faster? Or.. diet control.. Things like that.. what should I do.. please let me know.. Also, in the evening, would walking in the park, like exercise, be good too??^^* Please reply..
