I got it done today at the place introduced by --'<- this person in the photo archive. For the nasal bridge, I used dermal fat, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage. First they removed the dermal fat under local anesthesia, then did the procedure under sleep anesthesia. Once I was under sleep anesthesia, I really felt like I was being sucked into a 4D world --; Should I say it felt like a hallucination? Even when I was talking, I didn’t know why I was saying those things. During the surgery, it honestly didn’t hurt at all. Right now I’m writing this with tissue pressed to my nose because of the overflowing nosebleed.
