Because the eyes are sunken, the horizontal eye length is short, and the distance between the eyes and eyebrows is also close, the line can’t be raised. If you raise it, it may look like sausage eyelids or like eyes with botched surgery. I think the hospital did it well to suit your current eyes.

For raising the line, you need to look at the overall face. Honestly, judging by the eyes alone is just armchair bravado... The space between the eyes and eyebrows is narrow, so if you increase the thickness, it may look too intense, but if the midface and lower face are slim, it can still be okay even with some thickness. And if you’re going to raise the line, trim your eyebrows a bit thinner (not the top side, but toward the eye side)
