This is my 6-month review after square jaw surgery at Yungwakui Jeongseok!! It’s almost surprising that half a year has already passed since the surgery. At first, there was a lot of swelling, and every time I looked in the mirror, my face felt unfamiliar and awkward. But as time passed, the swelling went down and my facial line gradually stabilized, and now I think it has settled in a way that suits my face well. Until about 3 months, the scar inside my mouth was healing, so brushing my teeth or eating was a little uncomfortable, but as time passed it became more and more comfortable, and now I have no discomfort at all. I have no inconvenience in daily life, and I can eat well without avoiding anything. My recovery was also on the faster side, to the point that people around me said I got better sooner than they expected. Most of all, as my face became smaller, my features look even more defined and my impression has become much softer. Before, my square jaw made my face look wide and angular, but now the line looks more refined, giving me a much more natural and polished impression. Facial contouring is not a surgery that looks extremely obvious, so if I don’t specifically tell people, many don’t notice. In fact, friends often told me they thought I had lost weight, which made me feel proud. If anyone is considering facial contouring surgery, I would recommend getting a careful consultation before deciding. I also thought about it for a long time before making the decision, and now I truly think I made the right choice. Personally, my confidence has increased a lot and my satisfaction with daily life has grown, so it was a choice I don’t regret!!
