The director’s explanation was very good, and I liked that he told me in detail which parts of my face would be good to improve! I was going to decide on the same day, but the counseling manager was really… wow, the worst among all the places I’ve been to… Seeing them pressure me to pay a deposit and talk only about money without any explanation at all about aftercare or things like that made me lose all affection instantly, and I almost stormed out I don’t know if they were a bit angry, but they kept tapping the desk, and I was surprised that someone could conduct a consultation like that… Also, while talking about refunding the deposit, they said that because of people who just put money in and then get refunds like that, they can’t work. When I asked about CCTV, they said one person would have to keep watching next to the guardian the whole time, and framed it like even that was a waste of manpower, making me out to be a really strange person. I just asked whether I could know through CCTV that I was receiving surgery and whether the deposit was non-refundable, but I feel really upset. No matter how good the director is, I don’t want to have surgery at a place where I keep getting treated like this.
