Everyone kept saying rhinoplasty doesn’t end with just one surgery and that revision surgery is inevitable Now I think I understand why; During my first surgery, the director said that if I wanted to raise it as much as I wanted, I’d need costal cartilage, but I was just scared, so I said let’s only use ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Then it got absorbed quickly, and now only my nasal tip is seriously drooping So I’m looking into getting revision surgery, and I’m thinking of just using autologous costal cartilage. Are there any hospitals you recommend for autologous costal cartilage revision rhinoplasty..? I’m planning to visit LBL and DDY for now

구름속먹구름 If it’s revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage,, assuming you’re looking around at several places, it may be good to take your time too... Director Yoo Ki-hyun’s consultation was good, and he did the surgery well too
얌아가 Anyway, if you go for a consultation and your nasal tip is drooping, they’ll say there’s no choice but to use costal cartilage. If you’ve already decided on autologous costal cartilage, go somewhere that’s good at revision surgery... I did mine at PNS, and they explained that we should use 2 donated costal cartilage pieces as a support, so I liked that I could choose the material the way I wanted
오오초ch I was worried about drooping too, so I used autologous costal cartilage at Louvre to raise my nasal tip, but for things like materials, it’s best to go in, get a CT scan, have them assess the full condition of your nose, and get a recommendation!! Just because it’s a revision doesn’t mean you absolutely have to use autologous costal cartilage, so look into it carefully
흐물바람깡총 They do say it tends to droop if you only use ear cartilage and septal cartilage When are you going to The Door? I’m curious about the consultation..
워녕턴 I had autologous costal cartilage revision rhinoplasty at Wont, and the director looked carefully at things like the problem areas. But do you want to make the nasal tip stand up firmly?
인라인더 For a natural-yet-glamorous vibe and places many people go for revision surgery, maybe MID, SG, PRIVATE..? I used donated costal cartilage, and it’s fixed well without nasal tip drooping
여름엔얼음에코카콜라 It seems like you looked at pretty decent places for revision rhinoplasty hospitals... Louvre and The Door? They seem fine
두둥 For real! They’re famous for autologous costal cartilage and apparently don’t even charge extra
Mmmkkk I did my nose with autologous costal cartilage at LBL. The incision area wasn’t very big, and I’m satisfied because the nose shape turned out well, but autologous costal cartilage isn’t something to decide on lightly I recommend visiting several hospitals, and if most of them say to use costal cartilage, then decide at that point
주최묭이 Director Lee Kyung-muk at OBJ also seems to make pretty lines that don’t feel trend-driven. I looked because there were some older reviews too, and there seem to be many people saying it maintained well without drooping...?
거기멈춰서요 I’m also thinking about revision with autologous costal cartilage, and Oㅇ ㅇㅌ ㅇㅏㄴ Plastic Surgery seemed good. The reviews are good too, and they use costal cartilage well, so it might be good to look up the reviews once?
타임투킬 There are also many people who succeeded with their first nose surgery..... Maybe we were just unlucky...... I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at Riㅇㅈ, and the scar got so much better! My bulbous nose was completely corrected too, and I like it

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 12 Is there anyone who had removal done at ㄷㄹ?
The consultation was really pretty good, but the premium reputation is a bit iffy, and it seems like most posts are about primary surgeries or revisions, with not many removal reviews, so I’m curious. If there’s anyone here who’s genuinely
