I had revision lateral canthoplasty! I had lateral canthoplasty somewhere else 10 years ago, but it reattached right away. Since a lot of people said lateral canthoplasty doesn’t really make a difference, I just gave up and lived with it. But recently, this complex started causing me so much stress that I decided to have surgery in a hurry. Even though I decided quickly, and even though it’s been two and a half months since the surgery, I don’t regret it at all and think it was such a good choice! The outer white area of my eyes definitely expanded, and my impression looks softer. People around me also told me it turned out naturally and well.
