One year after saline implants...

First of all, on one side, the lower crease? didn't form properly... The breast shape isn't great ㅡㅡ; it would be pretty if it sagged a bit downward, but it feels like it's too centered... and it feels like it's getting smaller and smaller... The massage lady has been watching it continuously since around 4 months and says it seems like it keeps getting smaller... Sigh, before the swelling went down I thought maybe it was okay, but now, one year later after all the swelling is gone, people can't really tell I had it done haha. Does it even make sense to wear a padded bra after breast surgery? ㅡ_ㅡ;; Oh, and when I try to lift something heavy or put some strength into my arm, the implant bulges and moves upward... ㅡㅡ; Why does that happen? It's not just the implant moving, the whole breast shape becomes weird... As the implant moves upward, the breast gets squashed horizontally... Ah, it's hard to explain... anyway, it makes me want to throw up... ㅡㅡ; I had surgery a year ago... I'm not sure whether it was done above or below the muscle ㅡㅡ; I got saline implants... Do I need revision surgery... Is there anyone in the same situation as me? Ah, this is so frustrating
