For revision surgery, I consulted at ㅎㄷㅁㅎ, ㅌㅂ, ㅂㅇㅇㅇ, ㅋㄹㅁ, ㅇㅁㄹ, ㄴㅅㅎ. I’m debating between two of them, but I don’t know which would be better.. 1. Incision ptosis correction They said natural adhesion would be possible, but that I wouldn’t feel a big difference from my existing line. For canthoplasty, they only recommended upper epicanthoplasty, but said I don’t necessarily have to do that either. And they said ptosis correction is needed because the opening strength of both eyes differs, and because of the space between my brows, a semi-out line could make the eyes look too close together, so setting it as an in-out line would be relatively better. 2. Incision ptosis correction + upper epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty From the start, they wouldn’t accept anything else and said my eyes need incision. The director said my eyes would turn out really well if done. They did not recommend a semi-out line because the space between my brows is narrow, and recommended an in-out line. They explained that I should get ptosis correction because it would make my impression clearer and because there is a difference in eye-opening strength. Medial epicanthoplasty is not possible because the space between my brows is narrow, and upper epicanthoplasty would be good, but they said it would be prettier if lateral canthoplasty is done together too. I think the change would be bigger with option 2, but the cost differs by over 1 million won..
