After getting nose surgery, I took photos every week to check my progress, and I can feel it getting prettier little by little! The before-surgery photo is already after I had Hiko done on my nasal bridge, and my original nose was even lower than that I had both threads and filler done, and considering the cost and pain, I was disappointed that the maintenance period was short. The height came out exactly as high as I wanted, so when I had surgery, I asked the director to make sure the height of my nasal bridge and nasal tip stayed exactly the same as now. And since my nostrils were too visible from the front, I also asked them to improve that so they would show less! The director said we should slightly lengthen the nasal tip without overdoing it to improve the nostril visibility from the front, and also recommended lowering the nostril rims. Oh, and other places said I would need costal cartilage, but here they said ear cartilage would be enough, so I used ear cartilage. I’m satisfied because it really felt like they only recommended what was necessary! I tie my hair up a lot, so I was really worried that the scar on my ear would be noticeable, but honestly, you can barely see it And people are less interested than you’d think For about a week? when I pressed my ear, it felt stiff and achy, but around 2 weeks, there was no pain. Now it’s been a month, so I wear my AirPods just fine A lot of the parts I was worried about have been fixed, and there’s no step-off or bumpiness along the side line. It looks clean and well done, so even though it was expensive, I like it There’s still swelling left, though, so after more time passes, I’ll try posting a second review! It’s a clinic that goes for an extremely natural look, so I was worried it might not be noticeable enough, but since I clearly explained the height and line I wanted, I think they reflected it as much as possible. Once the swelling goes down just a bit more, I think I’ll be completely satisfied.
