Last year I had nose surgery at a hospital in Daegu (downtown) that’s famous for nose surgery, and it’s almost been a year now... I originally had a slightly upturned nose, so I had surgery to lower the nostrils (the doctor at the time was confident that the nostrils could be lowered), but the result shows no difference at all before and after surgery. Even when I went in for a consultation, they only showed me side-view photos the whole time... so I asked to see front-view photos too, and they said there weren’t any. I clearly remember they were taken though.. So I asked them to send me the progress photos by email, and all they sent was one side-view progress photo. They definitely took front and side photos... Isn’t it standard at a plastic surgery clinic to take front and side photos before surgery and as progress photos? I remember being photographed from the front and side, and they kept stressing that they would never delete or alter photos themselves, so what should I do about this hospital... And there’s no difference at all before and after surgery, so can I get a refund? Please help
