I'm in my late 30s, and I have a lot of fat under my eyes and they look dark, so I got consultations at 4 places for under-eye fat repositioning. 1. Only lower blepharoplasty would be effective, but it's still too early to get it. 2. Recommended fat grafting 3. Under-eye fat repositioning is possible; if you're dissatisfied later, try fat grafting 4. Recommended fat grafting These were the opinions I got. The bulging area is larger on the right side, and on both sides the lower area has sunken skin, so they recommended fat grafting (2 places). Should I think of fat grafting as a sales tactic and ignore it, or should I focus on what would give relatively more effect when having surgery? I can't tell whether it's overtreatment, so it's hard to decide.
