Review of forehead (silicone) + nasal tip (septal cartilage)

I had surgery on Tuesday. Already two days have passed. Today I went to the hospital, had the bandage removed from my forehead, and had the gauze taken out from inside my nose. The hellish swelling doesn't seem to be getting worse anymore. I think it was truly the hardest thing ever. For my nose, it was revision surgery, and I only redid the nasal tip. My forehead hurt so much that I couldn't even feel the pain in my nasal tip haha. Ah,, I guess I'm finally feeling a bit alive now haha. I'm even posting like this, playing games on the computer, and my appetite has come back, so I'm eating well too. Everyone, there is a lot of talk one way or another about forehead (silicone) surgery, but if you research the hospital well and are confident you can endure it, I think it may be worth trying once. I had already experienced a nicely protruding forehead with filler, so this time I did silicone permanently. Fat grafting or filler is really a flop once it gets absorbed. If you think about having it injected again after it gets absorbed, you may be better off saving a little more money and putting in silicone, since it's permanent and the satisfaction will probably be higher. I don't regret it now and am just waiting for the swelling to go down faster. hahaha No headaches or fluid accumulation that people worried about yet, and the drain didn't fill up from the start haha. My nasal tip had become crooked from the previous surgery, but this time they rebuilt the columella firmly with septal cartilage, so now just looking at my nasal bridge makes me so happy haha. I think the pain is temporary. Once the bruising and swelling go down a bit, I'll take photos right away and upload them.
