Eye Surgery Considerations

I had surgery because I was concerned about protruding cheekbones, an angular jaw, and a retruded chin

It has already been 6 months since I had the 3 types of facial contouring surgery (cheekbones + square jaw + chin tip) at Yungwakui Jeongseok. Before surgery, my cheekbones protruded to the sides, making my face look wide, and I was often told that my impression looked strong because my square jaw angles were severe. On top of that, I had a slightly retruded chin, so it was very stressful that my side profile looked stuffy. Every time I took photos, I disliked my jawline, so I would adjust the angle, and I used to cover the protruding cheekbone area with my hair. Before deciding on surgery, I had many concerns. I worried whether an unsatisfying result or a long recovery period would interfere with my life, but during the consultation, the doctor looked at my facial structure and explained that if he softly refined my protruding cheekbones and square jawline and brought the chin tip slightly forward, my overall proportions and balance would improve, so I trusted him and proceeded. Right after surgery, the swelling was severe, so I looked unfamiliar when I saw myself in the mirror, and until week 2, chewing was a little uncomfortable. After 3 weeks, the bruising had faded a lot, and around one month, there was no major issue meeting people. By month 3, almost all the swelling had gone down and the lines began to show, and now at month 6, only a very small amount of minor swelling remains. The change is definite! As the side cheekbones naturally went in, my face looks much smaller, and because the square jaw was smoothly refined, my impression became softer. As the retruded chin was improved, my side-profile line falls cleanly, and the jawline and neck line became clearly defined, so my overall proportions improved. I feel like I’ve gotten closer to the soft and sophisticated impression I wanted, so I’m very satisfied haha For those who, like me, were concerned about protruding cheekbones, an angular jaw, and a retruded chin, I think you’ll be quite satisfied at Yungwakui Jeongseok!
