The directors at other clinics said to shave down the hump and use silicone + autologous costal cartilage. He said it was a pretty hump, so we should use it and raise the nasal bridge with silicone. Recommended 3 mm silicone.. (it was the highest) He said my bulbous nose is not severe, and that if the nasal bridge is raised, it would correct itself (to the point where cutting out fat and so on would not be necessary). He said my skin has good stretch and my nose shape is pretty, so if this turns out badly, it would be 100% the doctor's fault, and he spoke very confidently. To match my round image, he would make the columella and nasal tip round and natural. He does not show the postoperative appearance with Photoshop or anything like that, so I have to imagine it only through the consultation He mentioned A/S and CCTV. Recommended 2 mm silicone. The price was the most expensive. He showed the after look with Photoshop, and it had a natural-glamorous feel. The consultation was the most detailed and long. He was kind. Recommended functional nose surgery (rhinitis). Suggested refining the hump. He seems to consider the nasolabial angle important. Correction of a dragon-like nose. Showed various postoperative looks in 3D. It had a natural-glamorous feel, and looking only at the nose, it was really pretty, but it did not suit my face. -> I am planning to book surgery at ㄴㅇㄷ in September. Did I make the right decision?
