But since it's buried sutures, if you still don't like it after a few months, I think you can lower it and have revision surgery like before. The reactions are probably worse because of swelling.. Usually it has to be a bit overcorrected at first, then later when the swelling goes down and the line lowers, it's just right and pretty..

I think eyes are a matter of preference. You decided on revision because you wanted more open-looking eyes, so I think it turned out well for that? I understand why it feels disappointing, since your previous eyes were so naturally pretty. The second photo does look very different from the first, whether because of the angle or swelling, but what I felt is that when you take close-up photos focused on the eyes, they look bigger than the actual line. Swelling really keeps going down, so try getting used to your current eyes for about 6 months to 1 year, and if you still feel disappointed then, consider revision surgery
