Chin surgery .......... Is this a side effect?

I wasn’t completely chinless. I disliked my round face, so I had my chin brought forward a little. The first surgery was done with silicone, but it was brought forward too much, so I couldn’t even close my mouth properly and my face became long like a horse’s... I cried every day. The doctor said he would redo it, so he removed the silicone and slid my own chin tip forward slightly. I like the shape, but it’s almost been 1 year and I still can’t close my mouth all the way. It closes more than at first, though. My chin feels strange, almost like it’s slightly paralyzed, and the doctor says it’s because the muscle is being pulled too much... Every time I talk, a dent forms at the tip of my chin. He says it can be fixed by cutting the muscle, but can I trust that? Because of this, I ended up having surgery at the same hospital three times, and the stress is no joke. For this surgery, I’m thinking of getting a written pledge. Double compensation. Has anyone had symptoms like mine? What should I do?
