After making double eyelids with glue for a really long time, I finally made up my mind, and when I got the chance, I had surgery this time with partial incision + buried suture method. They said my upper eyelids were puffy and that fat needed to be removed, so I had some fat removed too. Even right after surgery, compared with other people, my swelling wasn't that severe, and it went down quickly, so even though it's only day 8, I feel like all the swelling is gone now. Except for a little swelling in the morning- But the problem is... from the beginning, I wanted a somewhat thick outline double eyelid, you know, a line like Goo Hye-sun or Go Ara? But when I told the director that, he said that to make it like that, it would have to be made extremely large at first, so it would swell a lot and could look like tteokbokki until the swelling went down... He kept not really recommending it, so I said then let's do the thickest possible line within a natural-looking range, and that's what we did. After surgery, because of swelling and everything, I couldn't really tell for a few days, but once the swelling all went down, the double eyelid is so small, almost like an inner double eyelid, that I'm disappointed Honestly, I even feel like the shape looked better back when I made it with glue! I really wanted that round-looking shape where it folds clearly into a slightly thick outline. My eyes were already big, so I thought it would be possible.. The doctor really pursues natural-looking results and didn't really recommend it, so I tried to find a middle ground within that, but I still regret thinking maybe I should have pushed for what I wanted... What should I do? I'm scheduled to see the doctor in 2 weeks. Should I discuss this concern then? Or should I talk about how I feel even now? It's only day 8, so is it that the line won't be clearly settled until the swelling is completely gone and all the bruising has faded? If I have revision surgery, would it be possible to make it a bigger line again? My left eye at least has a slightly thicker outline, so I like its shape more than the right..
