After going to consultations here and there at places that said bulbous nose surgery was possible with a closed approach, I chose the place I liked the most! Honestly, I had already pretty much made up my mind before going to the consultations, but they only made me more conflicted, so I just booked right away at the place I had first been considering and got the surgery! I had been stressed for a long time because of my bulbous nose, but the director said it was not that bulbous and that I would get a good result. My nostrils were pointed, so he said it would be good to do nostril lowering as well, so I got tip surgery + nostril lowering at the same time, and both were done with a closed approach! When doing tip surgery, this place was unique because they also removed fat from the nasal tip with a laser and tied the cartilage too! It is not just that the tip becomes higher; the front view also becomes slimmer. For the tip and nostril lowering, dermis was used as the material. When I asked what would happen if it gets absorbed, they said that the pressure pressing between the nose and cartilage differs from person to person, so there are people whose dermis gets absorbed a lot and people whose dermis does not, and in cases like that, even if cartilage is used, it gets absorbed anyway. They said if I do not like the height later, additional dermis can be added, so I trusted them right away, booked it, and went for it! I had the surgery on Friday and was able to go out right away on Monday, so it was really convenient! What is interesting about the nostril lowering is that the pointed shape of my nostrils changed into a rounder shape. I also like that my nostrils show less,, I am so satisfied so far, so I am leaving a review!♥
