About 8–9 years ago, I had completely monolid eyes without much fat around my eyes, so if I got double eyelid surgery, I wanted it to look natural. After the consultation, they said I didn’t need epicanthoplasty, and that it would be natural adhesion rather than an incisional method, I think? Anyway, I decided to get eye shape correction too. The order was consultation with the consultant first, then with the doctor. What I remember most about the surgical method was that after local anesthesia, once I woke up, the surgery would be finished. From what I know, most other clinics wake you up in the middle and have you open and close your eyes a few times. For someone like me who was really scared, it was honestly the perfect surgical method. And to just talk about the result, I’m satisfied for now. Because really, no one knows I had plastic surgery. My eyes were already big, so it turned out really natural. But I’ll tell you a few things to keep in mind. My friend who did it before me (she had a lot of eye fat) ended up with completely inner double eyelids, so when you looked at her, the double eyelid line was buried so much you couldn’t even tell she had one. And mine also came undone once. So I revisited the clinic, and because I didn’t want to have surgery several times, I wanted to do it with an incision. But they said that even with paper, compared with folding it once and opening it back up, if you fold it one more time, it won’t open back up, and said it really wouldn’t come undone. So I had revision surgery with the original surgical method, not incision, and it still hasn’t come undone. Even so, I still don’t rub my eyes after the surgery. My review is that I recommend it for people who are scared and pursue natural-looking results because it is a distinctive surgical method, but I hope you are aware that there is a risk it can come undone!
