It's been 2 months and 1 week since surgery.. My nose was crooked, so I had it done together with septal surgery. For the nasal bridge, 2 mm of silicone was inserted, and septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. From the day after surgery, I swelled a lot and the bruising was also very severe.. Even on the day the stitches were removed, I was still extremely swollen, and while going to the hospital, I had blood drained about three or four times. In the end, the doctor said we should remove the silicone while leaving the nasal tip cartilage in place.. So about 1 month and 1 week after surgery, I had the silicone removed, and about 10 days later I only had filler injected into the nasal bridge.. But the problem now is.. Even on the first day the stitches were removed, my nose was very upturned.. Even after removing the silicone, after getting filler.. and even now, more than 2 months later, the upturned nose has not come down.. Before surgery, I originally did not have an upturned nose either.. And when I smile, maybe because the height between the philtrum and the lip has changed, a big horizontal wrinkle forms... The doctor says we should do revision surgery again after 6 months to 1 year, but do I have to live with it upturned like this until then? It looks so awkward because of the big wrinkle when I smile..
