ch채유 What’s the reason you’re reluctant about donated costal cartilage....?! If it’s because it’s from someone else, autologous costal cartilage would be better. I also got my nose done with autologous costal cartilage at Louvre because of this... If you’re reluctant about costal cartilage altogether, go to more consultations and first figure out whether your nose really can’t be done without costal cartilage. Sometimes there are places that recommend costal cartilage without much reason... I used it because my nose was small and I didn’t have enough septal cartilage, so I think there should be a clear reason.
