This might be a bit all over the place, but please help!! I’ve already had nose surgery once. I asked for it to look natural, but it’s a little high!! And I had nostril/alar base reduction done from the inner side, but because my alar wings are thick, I feel like I barely saw any effect I think my nostrils got moderately longer. Also, my nasal bridge is thin compared with the dorsum and the nasal tip, so I guess there’s a visible boundary?? Anyway, that’s how it is. The boundary between the silicone in the nasal bridge and the donated costal cartilage in the dorsum/tip is bulging out. So for revision, I want to lower the height, and since lowering it would make the alar wings spread again, I want to do external alar reduction there and make the bridge a bit thicker, but it feels too idealistic... Is it possible?? For reference, I have a bulbous nose. I heard bulbous noses usually need surgery two or three times, so I’m posting this for now.
아사랄히 Wow, then if it’s a bulbous nose, you definitely have to do it several times... It’s difficult.
