What’s even more serious than that is there’s no flesh between the silicone and the nasal bone, so the sunken areas show way too much. I’m so, so upset from the stress / The doctor in charge says it’s fine and that it’s something that can’t be helped, but isn’t that such an insincere answer? “Then why don’t you just take it out? If you dislike it that much, the only option is to remove it~” That’s what he said. Is nose surgery some kind of joke? And when I first went for the consultation, he said filler injections would be enough, but after some time passed and I actually went to get the procedure, he said autologous fat is dangerous for the nose so it can’t be done, and filler can’t be used on the bridge of the nose (the area that looks like two sunken parallel lines), so he said he would only inject the area right above the nasal ala (the dotted area at the lower right of the photo). So I got the injection. A very small amount... and even that was what was left over after the previous customer had a nose procedure... On the day I got the injection and for about a week after that, there was swelling and it looked a little fuller, so the parallel lines seemed a bit less noticeable, but after one week it became the same again. I’m so upset. I don’t trust that doctor enough to go back again, and I don’t think he has skill either. It’s been about 1 year and 5 months since the surgery. About 2 months after surgery, when the swelling hadn’t fully gone down yet, I uploaded photos to a community, and everyone said it looked pretty, so I lived with courage, but friends around me and my younger sibling keep saying it looks strange.
