I was concerned because my face looked puffy due to my square jaw and cheekbones. It has been about 6 months after surgery, and there is still some pulling inside my mouth, but externally I hear so often that my face has gotten smaller, and it has changed a lot. The recovery process was hard until 1 month, and after that I lived as if it were my original face. For facial contouring, reducing swelling is key, so I exercised a lot and kept reducing swelling at home using the cool mode on an LED massage device for home care. They say facial contouring needs to be watched for up to 1 year, so I'm also curious what will happen if the swelling goes down even more from here. People around me would not know I had contouring unless I told them lol, but they ask if my face was always this small, so I jokingly say it was always small and laugh it off. In daily life now, there is nothing uncomfortable at all. I sleep on my side, lean back to get massages, get body scrubs, and do all kinds of things. There is no disruption at all, and nothing that restricts me. I am so satisfied with my current state that if someone around me says they are getting facial contouring, I would recommend The Classic Facial Contouring.
